Martinborough Vineyard Estates Limited - Exemption Notice 2014
An exemption for Foley Family Wines Limited from rule 20 of the Code, to the extent that the scrip consideration allotted under FFW’s offer for Martinborough Vineyard Estates Limited relates to overseas shareholders, and an exemption from rule 56 of the Code, to the extent that FFW must allot scrip consideration to overseas shareholders, under a compulsory sale that results from the offer.
