Exemptions

Exemptions from rule 6(1) of the Code for:

• the trustees of the Foodstuffs Members’ Protection Trust (the trustees) and Tetrad Corporation Limited in relation to any increase in that person’s voting holding or control in Foodstuffs North Island Limited (FSNI) which occurs as a result of a ‘trigger event’; and
• any trustee in relation to any increase in that person’s voting control in FSNI as a result of being appointed as a trustee or a reduction in the number of trustees.
