Panel welcomes new Panel member

As noted in a media release on 16 August 2024, the Panel was pleased to announce the appointment of new Panel member Stephanie Charles, commencing from 13 August 2024. Ms Charles replaces retired Panel member Richard Hunt as the Australian Takeovers Panel’s representative on the New Zealand Takeovers Panel.
