Following the recent consultations regarding the regulatory alignment of schemes and Code offers and the regulation of deal protection devices, the Panel has sent law reform recommendations to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. The Panel’s recommendations can be found here.
The Panel has already sent individual thanks to submitters on the consultations, but would again like to thank all submitters. The insights provided were valuable in informing the final form of the law reform recommendations, and the Panel appreciates the time and consideration invested in them.
