On 14 December 2023, Volpara Health Technologies Limited (Volpara), an ASX-listed New Zealand registered company, and Lunit Inc. (Lunit) entered into a scheme implementation agreement under which Lunit would acquire 100% of the fully paid ordinary shares in Volpara for consideration of $1.15 AUD per share.
On 12 April 2024, Volpara shareholders voted to approve the scheme. The High Court granted final orders on 3 May 2024. The scheme was implemented on 21 May 2024 and Volpara was delisted from the ASX on 22 May 2024.
