On 1 November 2007 the Takeovers Panel gave notice under section 32(1) of the Takeovers Act 1993 that it would hold a meeting Wednesday 7 November 2007 for the purpose of determining whether to exercise its powers under that section in relation to the acquisition and intended acquisition of shares in KERIFRESH LIMITED by GDP Trustee Limited as nominee for Lawrence Bruce Fletcher.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Takeovers Panel has made an order under section 32(2) and 33(f) and (g) of the Takeovers Act 1993:
- Directing KERIFRESH LIMITED not to register the transfer or transmission of any securities by or to GDP Trustee Limited or Lawrence Bruce Fletcher; and
- Directing KERIFRESH LIMITED not to issue or allot securities to GDP Trustee Limited or Lawrence Bruce Fletcher.
This order expires on the close of Friday, 9 November 2007.
